Room w/ private bath in a 2BR 2BA-!

I'm Looking for a roommate for my lovely 2BR 2BA at the Fillmore Center (above Fitness SF).

You get a big room with two built-in closet spaces, your own private bathroom/shower, and a nice view to the courtyard which has a waterfall. The room will be furnished.

The apartment is at 7th floor. Has a big living room with a kitchen, my current roommate is taking most of the furniture so its going to be relatively empty. The kitchen has all of what you'd expect (microwave, over, fridge, etc). There is a CC operated laundry room in the building.

There is a premium SF Fitness gym in the same building (very convenient) and a Safeway across the street. Lots of great restaurants nearby and a movie theater 5 mins away.

The rent is ~$750 plus bills (I'm still negotiating the final rent). There is also a deposit of $500. You will have to get a credit check and criminal records check by the Complex management.
