The building is conveniently located 2 mins to Shoppers, Starbucks, BestBuy, Home Depot, GNC, 6 mins to IKEA, 2 mins on foot to N.O.17 and N.O.86 bus stations, 5 mins to the Greenbelt Metro Station, and 5 mins to the University of Maryland. UMD students can take the school bus just at the apartment entrance. Rent is $780 including utilities (cable, water, gas, electricity, internet). The room is fully furnished, and includes an indoor parking spot and washer and dryer. The bedroom is 361 sq ft with an attached bathroom. Mazza Grandmarc is outfitted with a 24-hour gym, 24-hour study room and a swimming pool. Move in date is flexible. I’m looking for a non-smoker who is clean and quiet, preferably a girl.
