Check out this private bedroom and bathroom in our pet-free 2 Bed/2Bath condo in Trinidad, close to H Street NE! All utilities, including FiOS internet/WiFi and DirecTV are included the price! This bedroom, with great natural light, comes with a dresser, desk, and a bed with storage underneath. There is also a large closet and the bathroom has a full tub/shower. All linens including bed linens and towels are also included. Also, those two photos of the living/dining area of the same room, we just changed out our chairs and took one photo in the evening. You'll have access to a washer/dryer in the condo. If you have a car, there is unzoned parking on our block. Do you bike? We have a secure storage area that you can lock your bike up in! About the neighborhood: We're on a pretty quiet block in Trinidad and while there isn't a metro stop very close to us, we do have a Walk Score of 77 -- "Very Walkable." There is a Capital Bikeshare station a couple blocks away, but we also live very close to the D3/4/8, X1/2/9, and B2 bus lines, as well as the DC Streetcar. We live between two DC recreation centers, one's right behind our street. CVS/Safeway/Aldi are a 10 minute walk away. H Street NE and all its restaurants/bars are just 5 blocks away. Gallaudet University is 3 blocks to the west of us. About us: 31 year old, non-smoking couple. He's in the restaurant industry; she's in government. We're both pretty easy going and are always up for a happy hour. If it makes a difference to you, we're not vegetarians ourselves, but vegetarian friendly!
