Hi there, we are 3 wonderful Zen Artistic types, the average age here is 28 all of us are easy going forward thinkers and we live in this beautiful 3 story heritage house to share with you! It's an excellent area to live, very close to TNT,with all the shops yet still quiet and private. Our home includes deep dish tub, hard wood floors, gourmet kitchen, weightlifting room, formal dining room, larger great room with fireplace, outside bar-TIKI Tiki-Gazebo and bamboo Bar, 2 decks with canopies, a very artistically appointed house. Pets welcome too. We have a fenced yard, private back entrance, large overhanging trees, lots of storage room, close to bike paths, trails, 5 parks, pubs, cafe's, quaint shops and boutiques galore. Bus route is across the street, downtown in 10 min, by car in 6 min, a truly wonderful find if you can get this one. Sorry no couples. Smoking outside is OK.
