Cosy room w/garden,Headington (Grays Road, England)

I'll be leaving my flat recently and I need someone to enter my contract for the left months, until August, although a shorter stay is more than welcome as well. The house is literally right next to Headington campus, so if you're studying at Brookes it would be amazing! But even if you're not, the bus stop is also next to it, and you can reach the city centre in 10 minutes by bus. The flat is shared by 8 people in total, 3 girls and 4 boys already live there. They are all students at Oxford Brookes and really friendly. My room is single but really spacious and has two windows so it gets lot of light, it's very bright, and it comes furnished. The house has a nice garden shared with the next flat. It has a big kitchen fully equipped, TV with sofas in front. It also has a washing machine. Upstairs there is a toilet, and downstairs a bathroom with toilet and bathtub, plus a separate shower. Price is 550£ pcm plus bills (around 20£ per month), but it can be discussed.
